  • Fox News on Tuesday brought a psychic on his primetime show to do a tarot card reading for Trump.
  • She pulled a card representing a "sense of loss" for Trump, who's now running for the White House.
  • Meanwhile, she predicted "lots of money" for Biden and "happiness" for the US.

Fox News primetime host Jesse Watters on Tuesday evening invited a psychic on his show to predict former President Donald Trump's chances for the presidency in 2024.

That did not go very well. Paula Roberts, who describes herself as a "fully-fledged medium" on her website, got nothing short of a depressing reading for Trump.

"I would like, Paula, for you to give me a reading on President Trump," Watters said.

Roberts and Watters agreed she would draw just one card for Trump, after which she flipped over a card showing a dark-cloaked figure surrounded by toppled goblets.

"Uh oh," Roberts and Watters said in unison.

"I do recognize that I'm on Fox TV. A sense of loss," Roberts said, giving her reading of what the card meant as Watters let out a discouraged sigh. "But it's very specific, let me move on, it's a sense of loss. It's as if he may be thinking more about what he's lost, and not still taking full advantage of what he still has."

"That's a great interpretation, Paula," Watters said, laughing.

Trump's was the only glum reading that evening, as Roberts also made 2024 predictions for President Joe Biden, Watters himself, and the US as a whole.

Roberts said Biden's card showed him receiving "lots and lots and lots and lots of money," far more than what he's used to.

"From China?" Watters asked, alluding to a Republican talking point that includes Trump accusing Biden without evidence that the latter received "a billion-five" from China.

"You're cheeky, I didn't say from where," she said.

She then predicted that Watters would have another child in 2024 and drew a card that she said indicated he was a young "quick, bright, sharp."

The US, Roberts said, should look forward to "joy, happiness, contentment," which she described as "big, big, big, big happy."

Trump is aiming to clinch the GOP nomination for the presidential election this November, with Biden expected to be the main contender for the Democrat party.
