  • Thirty-nine states, Washington, DC, Guam, and Puerto Rico have issued stay-at-home orders, encouraging isolation measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
  • Three states — Alaska, Georgia, and South Carolina — have lifted their stay-at-home orders in the last week.
  • Oklahoma, which never issued a full state stay-at-home order but closed non-essential businesses, has eased restrictions on salons, barbers, and pet groomers.
  • About 89% of America's population, roughly 290 million people, are under some form of lockdown.
